Unlocking Your Musical Potential

Cornwall Music Academy opened in May 2010 and since then we have been growing rapidly, teaching over 350 students each week both in local schools and at our purpose built studios in Hayle. We are the only teaching academy in Cornwall with state of the art facilities, and are situated next to SilverWinds  - Cornwall’s only specialist music shop.


We have a fantastic full team of tutors who are all enthusiastic about teaching music, our most recent feedback had shown that 100% of our students are enjoying their weekly lessons with 98% making steady progress. Our school class sizes are smaller than average whilst tuition at the Academy is individual to ensure that every student gets the most from their tuition.


We aim to make learning a musical instrument fun and enjoyable and our purpose built studios provide you with a full range of instrumental tuition across all ages and abilities and at times to suit you. We offer classical, jazz and popular music tuition in all instruments, teach ABRSM, Rockschool and Trinity Guildhall Grades. We even offer a instrumental rental scheme to help get you started.
